Model-driven development platform, Codebots, has joined as a Technology partner for GitLab, the single application for the DevOps lifecycle.

This strategic partnership delivers seamless integration between app development and deploying directly to a GitLab repository. Codebots allows users to model out their applications with the source code written directly to a Git repository, and from there, integrated into a CI/CD pipeline.

“With this partnership, we can enhance GitLab’s user development experience. We’ve always integrated into GitLab as our default repository, so this strategic partnership simply makes sense,” Eban Escott, CEO, Codebots.

At the core of Codebots, we aim to augment developers and help organisations realise their software projects’ full vision and potential without compromising on the quality of their source code. By integrating into CI/CD pipelines and existing development workflows, Codebots gives back the control of your source code, unlike any low-code platforms that are designed to simply speed up the development process.

We have big plans to enhance enterprise modernisation projects using Artificial Intelligence and allowing organisations to program our bots to code any way they want. Alongside GitLab, Codebots makes it possible for you to even build and easily deploy your own low-code platform tailored to you or your organisation’s needs.

“GitLab is excited to build a strategic relationship with Codebots,” said Brandon Jung, vice president of alliances at GitLab.

“Codebots expertise across CI/CD and DevOps makes them a great fit for the GitLab Partner Program and enables us to jointly provide our customers with the right people, process and platforms to enable them on their digital transformations”
